Linc Electric FAQs

What are your office hours?  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I provide the materials and parts?  Yes, you can provide your own materials such as fixtures, outlets and switches. However, we will not cover the warranty on these items and may refuse them if they’re not up to code requirements.

Are parts and labor warranted?  All labor is warranted for two years from the date of installation. Parts supplied by Linc Electric, excluding light bulbs, are warranted for two years unless otherwise noted. Replacements are under warranty for up to 10 years.

What if I am unsatisfied with my service?  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call our office to discuss your concerns. We want to know how we can serve you better.

Is there a charge for an on-site estimate?  No, all estimates are absolutely FREE of charge, with completion of work

Can I make an appointment for an estimate online?  Yes, you can make an appointment via our Contact page.

Are you able to obtain a certificate of inspection for work done by another party?  The area in question would be thoroughly inspected by Linc Electric. If there are no violations, we can secure a certificate of inspection at an additional cost. If any violations exist, they would need to be corrected.

Do you accept credit cards?  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. All transactions are secure.

We still have round fuses instead of circuit breakers. Is this a safety issue?  No, it is not a safety issue if the fuse box is not showing any deterioration or stress (such as rust, burn marks or melted copper). The majority of insurance companies and new home buyer inspectors now require that older fuse boxes be replaced with circuit breakers.
